Must-Knows

• This is a Bareboat Charter. The price paid through this reservation is for the rental of the vessel only.
• A captain is NOT included in the rental price.
• Once your reservation is confirmed, you will be provided with a list of Coast Guard Licensed Captains available for hire.
• You are free to select any qualified captain from the provided list.
• Captain fees are arranged directly between you and your selected captain and must be paid directly to the captain prior to departure. Captain fees are separate from the vessel rental and are not collected by our company.
• Please bring sunscreen, sunglasses, snacks, food, and your favorite beverages.
• No glass containers or glass bottles are permitted onboard.
• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.

• Credit card required for security deposit
• Maximum passenger capacity must not be exceeded
• No glass containers allowed onboard
• All passengers must follow safety instructions provided by the captain
• Weather-related cancellations are at the discretion of the captain and management

25% Deposit to hold booking. 72 hour cancellation full refund. 48 hour cancellation partial refund. 24 hour cancellation no refund. If we cancel due to weather or other reasons you will receive a full refund or if you are available to go at another time we can rebook you.
